My Feelness Body Shop instead provides small collections of simple movements specifically chosen to remind all 7 parts of your body of their specific roles. You’ll be retraining all your parts to work together again in for many just like you did when you were an infant. The reward? The freedom to do whatever you want, in a body feels the way it used to.
