You love the Reformer. After your weekly class you walk out of the studio feeling taller and stronger. There’s a problem though. You don’t have one. Throughout the week you supplement with some mat exercises you’ve seen on YouTube but you can’t find the same flow. You’re not feeling the unique full-body workout you feel in Reformer class.

A familiarity with the Reformer and a general concept of the apparatus is not necessary to take this class, but is certainly recommended in order to have a greater sense of how the exercises apply on and off the equipment.
