You love the Reformer. After your weekly class you walk out of the studio feeling taller and stronger. There’s a problem though. You don’t have one. A familiarity with the Reformer and a general concept of the apparatus is not necessary to take this class, but is certainly recommended in order to have a greater sense of how the exercises apply on and off the equipment.
