You may think of the push-up as an arm and chest exercise, but it’s a whole lot more. Push-ups are a compound exercise which means multiple muscle groups are working to achieve the movement or hold the position. It’s efficient muscle multi-tasking! Over the next 30 days, you’ll build a strong and healthy push-up by strengthening and training all muscles involved.

The challenge is split up into 6 modules. Each module contains 4-6 exercises` or lessons. Plan on spending 5 days on each module. There are a few exercises that show up in more than 1 module.
On the first of each 5 day stretch learn the exercises. Follow the suggested amount of reps as best you can. Once you feel confident about how to do an exercise and the issues to look out for move onto the next lesson.
Once a lesson is viewed it will be marked as “complete”. You can always go back and re-view.
Work on each module for at least 5 days before you move onto the next. As you progress you can incorporate any previous exercises into your new module.
If you miss a day don’t give up! simply resume. Give each module 5 good days even if they are not in a row. The challenge may take you longer than 30 days but keep going.
In each lesson, there is an area where you can leave a comment or ask questions. PLEASE DO! Everyone else participating in the challenge will be able to read them and I encourage you to support each other.
