Too Busy for the Gym? Fit This Quick Workout In Anywhere In the Day

  • Min. Read

Brenda Needed an Easy Morning Workout

Brenda is a busy mom with two young kids. Despite trying to keep herself healthy and fit, it's hard to find time to go to the gym or exercise consistently. Balancing life as a mother with all the errands, cooking, and everything else with the rest of her life is challenging to say the least.

There’s always 10-15 minute gaps from the action, but they’re always at a different time in the day. As a result, squeezing a workout into the day always takes a backseat.

When she finally does have a lot of free time, Brenda wants to use that time to be with loved ones and unwind.

She doesn’t want to drive a long commute to a gym for an hour-long workout. That takes more time than she has. Online workouts would be best, but they either use equipment she doesn’t have at home, or take too much time to fit into the gaps in her schedule.

If Brenda could find a quick workout that fit in those 10-15 minute gaps, she would be able to consistently exercise instead of putting it on the back burner. That way she can do everything she needs to, but it doesn’t cut into time with her family, and still gives her some of the benefits of working out.

But no matter where she looked, Brenda couldn’t find a workout that fit her needs. Some courses used equipment she didn’t have, and others took more time than she had. It seemed impossible to find a workout that worked for her.

Finding the Perfect Fast Workout

When Brenda’s friend Ashley recommended the Quick Boost workout from FitStreams, she was skeptical. It seemed too good to be true. The classes were only 7 minutes, and barely used any equipment.

Brenda decided to give the classes a

try anyway and was shocked.

Not only was she able to fit the quick workouts into her day, she could do them at any time. And not only could she fit them in, she felt more motivated after completing a class! With four different workouts to choose from, Brenda was always able to workout the parts of her body that needed it the most.

One class focuses on cardio and the plank while another is a two-part arm workout. The final lesson is a stretching series for loosening up the body. It can even serve as a warmup or cool down from other workouts when there's enough time.
