About the instructor

Shelly Pirroni

Shelly’s years of experience and wide variety of training inspire her to find the pathways her clients need to restore, renew and revitalize their body, mind and spirit.
She is the owner of, and sees clients at, The Pilates Studio in Agawam, MA. Her focus is always on the client as an individual, resulting in a training program that becomes a personal partnership in recovery and health.

She has been a certified instructor with over fifteen years experience (Power Pilates, Physical Mind Pilates, BBU and Stott Pilates). Currently she studies with Elizabeth Flores,PTA who was certified by the renowned R. Kryzanowska. Shelly is a certified MELT
Hand and Foot, Length and Strength Instructor and has studied directly with the founder Sue Hitzmann since 2009.

Shelly has been inspired by the restorative impact of The MELT Method and employs its complementary techniques with Pilates.
Shelly is also a certified T.R.X, Aquatic and Gyrokinesis Instructor. She has studied Thai Massage, CHI Running/Walking and meditation and incorporates these techniques within various sessions. Her expertise in such a wide variety of programs gives her greater knowledge to be able to customize client programs that ease pain, increase strength and flexibility and achieve nutritional goals. Her focus is always on the client as an individual, resulting in a training program that becomes a personal
partnership in recovery and health. Shelly strives to help her clients find the pathways they need to restore, renew and revitalize their body, mind and spirits.
