This course will teach you how to properly execute lunges, squats, and deadlifts. Also included are tips on how to progress these exercises so that you can continue to see results over time.

Easily modified for all abilities, we will learn about form and technique and practice variations of squats, split squats, and lunges that target the quads and glutes.
Most people only ever do bilateral exercises in their training, leading to muscular imbalances and pain.

About the instructor
ACSM/ISSA CPT/nutrition specialization. Long-time certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Laurent Vitrac has a wealth of experience in traditional weight lifting, bodybuilding coaching for men and women, and nutrition coaching. I started lifting weights in middle school with my basketball team. We had a trainer who used to show us around the weight room and I fell in love with it. Been training myself and my friends since 1997 and certified for the first time in 2010. Started bodybuilding and men's physique competitions 2013, and started coaching and bringing others to the stage 2015. Studied under some of the best coaches around including Michele Welcome. I train other trainers, competitors and athletes almost entirely and have been so blessed to have clients be so successful in sports and on stage.My hobbies include playing and coaching basketball, ! enjoy cooking and running.
