Joints are supposed to have a lot of range for movement.  However, our sedentary lifestyles have prevented us from reaching that potential.  Kinstretch® isolates and increases your current range of motion, and strengthens the muscles and connective tissues around the joints, which ultimately helps you move better and safer. 

Long ago, we went from hunting and gathering to farming. In the mid 1900’s we’d walk to the neighborhood market. And until just recently we grocery shopped by walking up and down aisles of the store. Now we don’t even need to stand - just reach for our smartphone and place an order that gets delivered right to our front door. Our genome hasn't changed, but our physical lifestyle has.
