It’s hard to say what joint or structure in our body needs the most attention. Stress, both physical and mental, and ineffective movement patterns are constant challenges which decrease the health and efficiency our body was designed to have. And we all know our modern lifestyle isn’t helping.

This Kinstretch® series is going to address the spine, hips and shoulders and reveal some new information. We’re going to give these joints - your spine has over 100 by the way - a chance to explore and learn the mobility they need in order to work effectively with one another and the rest of our body.
