The Pilates Arc, commonly referred to as the spine corrector, offers a wealth of versatility and creates a new challenge because you work with (or against) gravity on an incline or a decline.

The design of the Arc provides many different uses for both beginners and advanced users alike. For example, beginners may find it helpful to learn how their body moves on various surfaces, while more experienced users can take advantage of its ability to offer different challenges than those found on flat surfaces such as mats.
Your body thrives on variety! You will get a richer experience and often progress faster with Arc.

In Full Body Strength And Length with The Arc, we begin by connecting mind, body and breath. Shelly will then lead into an amazing arc workout. You’ll strengthen and deepen your connection to your core. And bonus? all the while getting a stretch for your entire body. You will feel the benefits from this workout days.
